Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of zads.store and to any order you place with ZADS Store. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to describe our products and show them accurately, but colours and finishes can appear slightly different on different screens.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change prices, and to limit or refuse any order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order once it is accepted and dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example an item is out of stock — we will contact you and, where payment was taken, refund you in full.

Cash on delivery

Cash-on-delivery orders must be paid to the courier at the time of delivery. Orders repeatedly refused at the door may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.

Product use

Our shoe care products are for external use on footwear and the surfaces described on each product page. Follow the instructions on the packaging and test on a small hidden area first where advised.

Our insoles are comfort products. They support, cushion and relieve pressure. They are not medical devices, are not a treatment for any diagnosed condition, and are not a substitute for medical advice or custom orthotics. If you have persistent foot pain, diabetes, reduced sensation in your feet or any existing foot condition, speak to a doctor before use.

Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for giving us an accurate delivery address and a working phone number. Deliveries that fail because of incorrect details are not our responsibility.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to ZADS Store or is used with permission. Do not copy or reuse it without our written consent. Third-party brand names shown on product packaging belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZADS Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
