The breathable perforated EVA body keeps air moving through the shoe, so you get the height without the sweat. Slim enough to disappear inside any closed shoe: sneakers, boots, joggers or formal shoes.

How to use

1. Remove your existing insole if the shoe has one.
2. Stack the air-cushion lifts to your preferred height.
