Size & Fit Guide

Every ZADS insole is trim-to-fit. That means one pair adapts to your shoe rather than you hunting for an exact size — you cut it down at home in about a minute.

How to trim your insoles

  1. Take out your existing insole. Most shoes have one. If yours doesn't, skip to step 3.
  2. Use it as a template. Lay your old insole on top of the new ZADS insole, heels aligned, and trace around the toe.
  3. No old insole? Use the guide lines. The underside of every ZADS insole is printed with cutting lines. Find the line closest to your size and cut along it.
  4. Cut a little at a time. Stay slightly generous — you can always trim more, you can't put it back.
  5. Slide it in heel-first and press flat. Walk around the house for ten minutes before wearing it out.

Which insole is right for me?

If you... Choose
Stand or walk all day and your feet ache by evening Medicated Imported Orthopedic Insole
Run, train, or want everyday support in sports shoes Sports Orthotic Arch Support Insole
Want a little extra height, adjustable Height Increase Insole with Air Cushion Lifts
Want a massage effect as you walk Acupressure Magnetic Massage Insole

Fitting tips

  • Take the old insole out first. Stacking two insoles makes almost any shoe too tight.
  • Give it a few days. A supportive insole feels different at first. Most people adjust within three to five days of normal wear.
  • Height increase insoles need depth. They work best in closed shoes — sneakers, boots, joggers. Very shallow or slip-on shoes may feel tight once the lifts are stacked. Start with one layer.
  • Acupressure insoles feel strong at first. Wear them for short sessions in the first week and build up.

A note on foot health

ZADS insoles are comfort products. They support, cushion and relieve pressure — they are not medical devices and are not a treatment for any diagnosed condition. If you have persistent foot pain, diabetes, reduced sensation in your feet, or any existing foot condition, please speak to a doctor before using support or pressure-point insoles.
