Where we deliver
ZADS Store delivers across Pakistan through our courier partners.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders placed on a working day are dispatched within 24 hours.
- Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days depending on your city.
- Remote areas may take a little longer. If your address is outside our courier's reach, we will contact you before dispatch.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on all orders over Rs 2,500.
- Below Rs 2,500, a standard delivery charge applies and is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available nationwide on every order. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched we will share the tracking details with you by SMS or WhatsApp.
Failed or refused deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery and contact you by phone. If the parcel cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, or is refused at the door, it is returned to us. Repeated refused cash-on-delivery orders may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.
